Step 1:
Connect the computer to the Ethernet port of the extender through an Ethernet cord.

Step 2: 

Now, plug your extender to the power socket. Ensure that the LED lights are lit and stable.

Step 3:
Next, open an internet browser, type router's IP Address that is "192.168.1.1".  

NOTE:  If your computer has defined a default startup web page on the internet browser, the dialog box will appear asking for a username and password.

Step 4:
You will be prompted with a window that will ask for a username and password.  Leave the Username blank and enter “admin” as a password then, click on Log In.
 
Step 5:
Now, click on Wireless > Basic Wireless Settings.
 
Step 6:
Set the radio button to Manual and then type the Network Name in the field provided.
 
Step 7:
On the Wireless Security section, choose the security settings that will match the router’s configuration.

Now, enter the Passphrase and tap on Save Settings.

Step 8:
Finally, unplug the power cables of the router and extender for around 30 seconds.

Plug the cable in router first. Wait for all the lights to be lit and then plug in the extender.
